One System. Clear Models.

For different requirements, suitable models are available - depending on the model, either directly through GlobalWorkline or through coordinated partner companies. This creates clear structures for staffing, service, and project solutions.

Management Models

Bilateral

SUITABLE FOR: Direct cooperation, lean processes, clearly defined projects.

Cooperation takes place directly between the involved parties – depending on the project, either through GlobalWorkline or through a suitable partner company. GlobalWorkline provides structure and coordination within the agreed framework.

Co-supplier within a master vendor model

GlobalWorkline complements existing supplier or project structures and takes on defined coordination, communication, or support tasks within an overarching model.

SUITABLE FOR: Existing supply chains, supplementary project roles, larger client structures.

If you work with multiple suppliers but want clear rules and a single point of management, our Tripartite Coordination Agreement is the ideal solution. The client, partner and GlobalWorkline formally regulate communication, processes, reporting and escalation. The main contract remains where it belongs: in the case of AÜG - directly between the AÜG lessor and the end client; in the case of Werk/services – directly between the partner and the client. GlobalWorkline takes over central coordination and ensures stable project operations without role overlap. This reduces interfaces, prevents misunderstandings, and provides clear documentation. Fees are set separately and transparently.

The result: more control, less work and more stable processes.

Master vendor model

GlobalWorkline acts as the client’s central coordination and management point. Several partner companies can be integrated while communication, coordination, and oversight are managed centrally through GlobalWorkline.

SUITABLE FOR: Multiple locations, larger demand volumes, central control, consistent communication.

Three-party coordination agreement

The client, the partner company, and GlobalWorkline work together within a clearly defined structure. GlobalWorkline takes on the coordinating role and supports the cooperation at management and communication level.

SUITABLE FOR: Clear separation of roles, structured cooperation, coordinated project transitions.

Clear structure for different requirements

The right model for every need. Depending on the project, responsibilities, and workflow, a different structure is used - direct, coordinated or involving several parties within one clear system.

RESULT: Clear responsibilities, less coordination effort, and stable processes.

Management Models

Bilateral:

SUITABLE: One partner, fast start, clear tasks.

Cooperation takes place directly between the involved parties – depending on the project, either through GlobalWorkline or through a suitable partner company. GlobalWorkline provides structure and coordination within the agreed framework.

Master Vendor:

GlobalWorkline consolidates requirements, manages processes, sets standards, and if needed coordinates multiple partners.

OPTION 1 (single contract possible):

In a Werk/GU or service setup, the client may conclude the main contract directly with GlobalWorkline (with clearly defined boundaries).

OPTION 2 (single contract possible):

We manage the setup as an MSP – the main contracts remain directly between the client and the service provider.

SUITABLE: large projects, multiple partners, maximum management.

AÜG NOTE: If AÜG is required, leasing is carried out only directly between the AÜG partner (Verleiher) and the end client (Entleiher) – without sub-leasing.

Co-supplier in a Master Vendor:

We supplement the existing supplier pool - depending on the setup, either through Werk/services or, if the end client specifically requires, via a direct AÜG setup.

AÜG COMPLIANCE: Leasing only directly to the actual Entleiher / end client.

FEE: MSP/Master Vendor coordination fee or service/intermediation fee.

Three-Party Coordination Agreement:

The client, partner, and GlobalWorkline clearly agree on communication, processes, reporting, escalation, SLA, and compliance documentation.

The main contract remains legally proper:

AÜG: AÜG lessor (partner) ↔ Entleiher (end client)

Werk/services: partner ↔ client

GlobalWorkline: central coordination (MSP logic), not the lessor.

FEE: separate and transparent coordination/service fee.
