How quickly can you start?

It depends on the location, type of work, shift model, and availability. In most cases, a quick start is possible. During the first call, we align on the setup and assess the capacity of suitable partners.

What is the difference between AÜG and Werkvertrag?

In the case of AÜG, personnel leasing is carried out through an AÜG partner, and supervision/instruction is handled by the client (Entleiher). In the case of a Werkvertrag/GU, the contractor is responsible for delivering a defined result, and operational management remains with the partner.

Is it legally safe when multiple partners are involved?

Yes – as long as roles, contracts, reporting, and documentation are properly structured. That’s exactly what we ensure: clear models, documented standards, and defined escalation paths.

Who provides accommodation and transportation?

It depends on the project. Depending on the setup, partners may organize it, and all arrangements are formalized in writing in advance.

How does a Master Vendor/MSP operate without “Weiterverleih”?

If AÜG is required, leasing is carried out directly between the AÜG partner (Verleiher) and the end client (Entleiher). GlobalWorkline handles separate coordination/management without acting as the lessor.
